Holly L. Horn Counseling Services was established in 2012 in Charlotte, North Carolina, then changed to Counseling Services at Steele Creek, PLLC in 2018. Our mission is to provide valuable counseling services to individuals, couples, families, and groups to better handle the challenges in their lives. We take several insurance plans and try to keep our services at a reasonable cost.

Meet the Owner
Holly L. Horn, MA, LPC is a certified veteran's counselor, has more than 29 years of experience in the field of mental health, and has been in private practice for the past 6 years. She is focused on providing counseling services with the highest levels of care and respect.
Holly’s career spans experience in juvenile detention counseling for 5 years, residential counseling for children with emotional disturbances for 10 years, outpatient mental health care for adults and children, and family-centered therapy. She has worked with groups, couples, and individuals for a great deal of time.
Over the years, Holly has gained a great deal of insight and experience into what people need at various stages in their lives to move forward and find peace, hope, and healing. She is committed to enhancing your overall well-being by helping you develop skills to cope with your present troubles.
Holly believes that we are the expert towards our own healing. By providing neutral insight along with guidance and support, people find the ability to navigate through difficult times, tragic events, or simply draw on the strength they never knew they had.
