My career spans experience with juvenile detention counseling for 5 years, residential counseling for children with emotional disturbances for 10 years, outpatient mental health care for adults and children, and family centered therapy. I have worked with groups, couples and individuals for a great deal of time. Over the years I have gained a great deal of insight and experience into what people need at various stages in their lives to move forward and find peace, hope and healing. I believe we are all the expert towards our own healing. By providing neutral insight along with guidance and support, people find their own ability to navigate through difficult times, tragic events, or simply draw on strength they never knew they had. 

I am a certified Veteran's Counselor, experienced in Family Centered Therapy, and have been in private practice for the past 6 years. I take several insurance plans and try to provide services at a reasonable cost.
